International Shipping
Shipping from this website is available to most international destinations. The shipping cost will be presented during the checkout process on the Shipping page and includes shipping expense as well as any duties, taxes, or import fees that will be payable. You will not need to pay anything upon delivery. (If the shipping cost comes up very high during checkout, like $1,000, that means the rate calculation service did not work properly. If you go to the cart page and back into checkout you should get a correct cost. Otherwise try back in an hour or more.)
We offer two options:
- Duties Taxes Paid Standard - The estimated time for delivery is 8 to 16 business days plus 1 to 3 days for processing.
- Duties Taxes Paid Express - The estimated time for delivery is 4 to 5 business days plus 1 to 3 days for processing
Please note that these times are estimates and are not guaranteed. It could take significantly longer depending on the destination country, customs clearance issues, etc.
You will be provided with tracking information via email after your order ships (usually in 2 to 3 business days). For Express shipments DHL, FedEx, or UPS will be the carrier, and for Standard shipments the carrier who delivers it depends on the destination country and other factors, and we are not able to determine that ahead of time.
For returns or exchanges the return shipping would be your responsibility, and return refunds do not include shipping costs.
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged and you had our shipping insurance policy on your order, we will reship the items in your shipment at no cost to you. Valid for one time complimentary reshipment. Not applicable for incorrect addresses entered when placing the order.
